Fractional CMO. Founder and operator of four marketing agencies. Strategic partner to founder-led businesses across the United States, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
I split my work between three things — and only three things.
Pracxcel, Conquerra Digital, Skyward Digital and Trade Pulse Marketing serve four distinct markets — Australian healthcare, US and UAE full-stack marketing, Australian businesses outside healthcare, and US home-services contractors. Each runs with its own leadership team. I lead strategy across all four, and I'm still in the chair on the engagements where it matters most. Together, the four agencies have generated over $99 million in client revenue.
For two to three founder-led businesses at a time, I work as a fractional CMO — bringing the operating discipline of four agencies into a single business as a senior strategic partner. Six-to-twelve-month engagements, scoped for outcomes. Most of these are referred — the operators who get the most out of a fractional engagement are usually the ones who already understand what the seat is for.
I publish long-form pieces on the systems that compound — the operating frameworks, the algorithm shifts, the unit economics of marketing across different industries. I read more than I post. I prefer one strong piece a month over twenty thin ones, and I refuse to commission AI-generated SEO content under my name.
My obsession is the same as it was fifteen years ago: how marketing systems compound.
How an algorithm change in March quietly redistributes traffic for the next eighteen months. How a small operational change to a booking flow can outperform six months of new ad spend. How brand and entity recognition — once dismissed as soft — became the foundation of how generative AI search engines decide what to surface. How a pay-for-leads model in home services is mathematically a different business from a retainer model, and why one of them is honest in a way the other isn't.
The questions I'm spending the most time on right now:
Every engagement — whether through one of the agencies or as a fractional CMO — is scoped to specific outcomes agreed before work starts. If we don't deliver, the commercial terms reflect that.
The four agencies each go deep on a single market. Healthcare, home services, US scale-ups, Australian businesses outside healthcare. Specialisation is what makes the guarantees underwriteable.
Every agency runs on documented operating frameworks — the P.A.T.I.E.N.T. system, the performance-guarantee model, the Repuboost and Intellilens layers. That's what makes the work repeatable across teams and time.
Pracxcel takes one clinic per postcode. Trade Pulse only signs contractors where the lead model will work. The fractional CMO seats are deliberately limited. Saying no is part of how the work works.
For founder-led businesses between $2M and $50M in revenue with product-market fit established, ready to install senior marketing leadership without the cost of a full-time CMO.
